International Customer Service Specialist

:

As an International Customer Service Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting SESA's global sales activities. You will act as the main operational link between customers, Sales Area Managers, production, and logistics, ensuring an efficient order management process and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Tempo pieno in presence in SESA office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete order cycle, from order entry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate daily with customers, Sales Area Managers, production, and internal departments to guarantee a smooth flow of information.
- Prepare and issue commercial documentation, including order confirmations, proforma invoices, and advance payment requests.
- Monitor order progress and production status, providing customers with regular updates and proactive communication.
- Organize domestic and international shipments, coordinating transport activities with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Prepare shipping documentation, customs documentation,



and commercial invoices in compliance with international trade requirements.
- Manage customer communications via email, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure proper record management of commercial and shipping files.

Autonomy & Collaboration:

This position offers a high level of autonomy in the daily management of orders, customer service activities, and shipment coordination. Commercial negotiations and strategic decisions are carried out in close collaboration with the relevant Sales Area Managers, fostering a strong team-oriented approach and continuous communication across departments.
