We are seeking an HSE Manager / RSPP for our ACEF company located in Fiorenzuola D'Arda , Italy Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across xrdztoy the site Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experience At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 Good command of English is preferred Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills
