About the role

- We're a fast-growing smart-logistics and last-mile delivery technology company expanding across Europe. This is a standalone HR Manager role for our Italy operation — reporting to the HRD and partnering directly with China HQ to build the people function from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Own the full HR lifecycle for Italy — payroll, performance & reward, talent acquisition, outsourced staff management
- Build HR infrastructure, policies and standardized procedures from scratch as the unit scales
- Partner with business leaders to turn strategy into practical HR solutions
- Ensure full compliance with Italian employment law and local labour practice
- Liaise daily with China HQ on people and operational matters

What You Bring

- 3+ years HR generalist experience across full functions, with strong payroll depth
- Solid command of Italian employment law and payroll compliance
- Professional Mandarin Chinese and Italian; working English
- Valid right to work in Italy
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business or related); a fast learner who stays calm under pressure
