You will lead the commercial strategy for domestic and export markets, shaping the sales organization and driving profitable growth. You’ll build strategic relationships with key customers and partners while steering international expansion and budget management. This role sits at the heart of a growing group backing by a private equity investor, offering exposure to acquisitions and cross-market development.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance and competitive positioning, making a measurable impact on global growth.

Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership in B2B industrial xkiyazw environments

Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organizations

Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth

Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

Fluent English; second language is advantageous
