We are looking for a talented and passionate Guest Relations Agent to join our Front Office team and contribute to delivering exceptional luxury experiences to our guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day

● Creating unforgettable first impressions by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring every arrival feels personal and memorable.

● Recognising IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, delivering tailored service throughout their stay.

● Meeting guests during breakfast to ensure satisfaction, build relationships and proactively resolve any concerns.

● Becoming a trusted point of contact for guests by anticipating their needs and providing personalised recommendations.

● Handling guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

● Collaborating closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and consistently exceptional guest experiences.

● Enhancing the check-in and check-out journey,



including room escorting whenever required.

● Anticipating guest requests and exceeding expectations through genuine luxury hospitality.

● Reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager and Front Office Manager.

What we need from you

● Previous experience in a similar Guest Relations or Front Office role, preferably within an international luxury hotel brand.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

● A positive, proactive and guest-focused attitude.

● Fluency in both Italian and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.

● Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.

● Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

● RAL: €22,000 to €24,000 based on experience
