We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Tender Support Specialist to support Business Units and Sales teams across the full tender lifecycle for both public and private sector opportunities .
This role acts as a key coordination and advisory point between commercial, operational, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure tender activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines. The successful candidate will help improve process governance , reduce operational risks , and support profitability optimization across tender activities.
Support Business Units and Sales teams throughout the end-to-end tender process .
Coordinate stakeholders and monitor tender timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain visibility of tender progress, risks,



and critical actions.
Support profitability and pricing analysis in collaboration with Finance and Profit teams .
Support the completion and review of tender documentation and questionnaires.
Review Terms & Conditions , SLAs , and penalty clauses , escalating concerns to Legal or Compliance when required.
Ensure alignment between commercial proposals , tender requirements , and internal policies .
Facilitate communication across Sales , Marketing , Operations , Finance , and Compliance teams.
Manage and maintain centralized repositories , templates , procedures , and documentation within Microsoft Teams .
Provide internal guidance and training on tender-related procedures , tools, and best practices.

Experience supporting public and/or private tender processes within an IT or technology environment .
Understanding of tender lifecycle management and commercial coordination .
Basic knowledge of financial
