As our Quality Control Manager, reporting hierarchically to the Supply Chain Director and functionally to the Technical Director, you will manage and implement the Quality Program, coordinating all plant quality activities and the execution of testing and monitoring services.



You will also identify and eliminate defects after a product has been developed and before it is released to the market, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting the company’s quality, safety, efficacy, and sustainability requirements.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and objectives defined by Quality Assurance (QA) and validated by the Technical Director.
Oversee product control and testing for raw materials, bulk, and finished products to detect defects or deviations.
Define, implement, and monitor quality control methodologies, analytical procedures, and problem‑solving tools.
Lead the investigation and resolution of non‑conformities, coordinating root cause analysis (analysis of the main causes) and collaborating with Quality Assurance on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation.
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decisions
