As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor , we are seeking an Electrical HV Construction Manager in Milan. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects , for Electrical High-Voltage discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

- Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints,
- Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
- Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
- Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),




- Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
- Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects. Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English . Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy .
