- Create personalized demos.
- Manage onboarding calls with new customers.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Perform quality checks on our products.
- Handle first-level support requests.
- Take care of back-office tasks.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests.
- (Optional) Manage demo calls with potential customers.
✅ Requirements
Key Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of and experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in customer success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Useful Skills (not mandatory but appreciated)
- Professional proficiency in Italian.
- Experience using CRM or customer management tools.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and the hospitality industry.
- Experience or interest in sales.
