You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage.



You replace the Chef de Cuisine in case of an absence and you assist them in all of their functions. You motivate and supervise the kitchen team.

You respect hygiene standards and guarantee the proper use of equipment. red chair and buzzer: it’s your turn! your Chef can count on you to motivate and unite the troop. You know how to mobilize the necessary resources at the right time (Human, Financial & Administrative) to succeed. Versatile, you know perfectly all the positions that make up the kitchen.
