As Brand Partnerships Director in Milan, you will lead South Europe revenue growth and brand positioning for Highsnobiety. You’ll manage key global accounts, expand the client base, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, marketing-led solutions. This role combines deal‑making, strategic consulting, and storytelling to shape our presence in Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.

You will drive profitability across digital, print, and offline activations while partnering with the local GM and brand team to scale the business.

Manage and grow South EU global accounts/clients

Prospect and secure new South European accounts using your network





Develop marketplace and competitor insights to identify opportunities

Brief creative services and pitch marketing strategies to clients

Negotiate contracts and pricing structures

Monitor campaigns and optimize as needed

Create new revenue opportunities and hit sales targets

Support the Brand team in activating the brand in Italy, Spain and Switzerland

Responsabilità

4+ years in Sales/Account management

Strong knowledge of xlwpduy Media, Digital Marketing, and Editorial worlds

Fluent in English

Proven track record with publishing groups, agencies, or brand groups

Experience negotiating with senior client and agency professionals
