Telemarketers – Outbound / Setter B2B (12 positions) Connecta Partners, divisione di AM Solutions Services S.r.l., is building its new afternoon telemarketing team and is selecting 12 outbound/setters B2B. Our morning shift team is already active; we want to replicate and expand the same model in the afternoon, creating a cohesive, trained, results‐oriented group. Who We're Looking For Excellent communication and relational skills Energy, determination, and goal orientation Comfortable with computers and digital tools Listening ability, objection handling, and high conversation quality Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork spirit Stable availability for the afternoon shift Willingness to work exclusively in person Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or phone selling is an advantage; we also consider candidates with strong commercial attitudes and genuine willingness to learn.

What You Will Do You will make outbound calls to prospective companies through dedicated campaigns focused on the following sectors:

Contact company owners and decision makers Understand their needs Clearly present available opportunities Qualify potential customers Schedule commercial appointments for our consulting team Accurately update activities and results in the company CRM This is not customer support or inbound calls; it is a commercial outbound B2B activity organized through campaigns, goals, and professional tools.

Selection, Workshop, and Training The selection process includes only an in‐person introductory interview at our office.

Workshop presentation: Tuesday, 25 August 2026 Mandatory training: Wednesday, 26 August; Thursday, 27 August; Friday, 28 August 2026 During the workshop we will present the project, organization, campaigns, compensation system, and growth opportunities.
