What you'll do

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans that align with operational goals and drive profitability.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions as necessary.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controlling or analysis role, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills,
