We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager at our office in Milan who will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization.

Your tasks

- You will lead all Finance & Administration activities for the Italian operations, ensuring full ownership of financial performance and compliance.

- You are providing strategic financial insights, influencing business decisions, and actively shaping the country’s strategic plans.

- You will manage key financial areas including P&L;, balance sheet, and ROIC while ensuring accurate local accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.

- You take care of leading and developing the local FC&A; team, while ensuring strong financial controls, systems, and governance are in place.

- You will oversee HR/payroll processes and ensure full legal and procedural compliance across all operations.

- You will collaborate closely with regional and local stakeholders, driving forecasting improvements and supporting change initiatives across the organization.

Your profile

- Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Economics,



or Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting can be compensated with experience and seniority

- Professional English and Italian skills are a must have

- 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in international environment

- Profound knowledge of Italian GAAP is a must

- Experience in SWISS GAAP FER is an asset

- Experience in operational HR management is an asset

- Supply Chain and/or ITC is an asset

- HR/Payroll/Workday experience is an asset

- SAP-ECC or SAP-R3 user skills (migration experience in general will be appreciated)

- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of Cognos is an asset
