We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Associate Tech Lead The selected candidate will report to the Manager – Human Resources & Resource Center.

The Associate Tech Lead will be responsible for:

- Converting business and architectural requirements into technical designs and development solutions.

- Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior developers to achieve project objectives.

- Providing technical guidance and contributing to critical development activities.

- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Identifying application issues and implementing effective solutions.

- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

- Managing software quality, releases, and deployment activities.





- Supporting CI/CD processes and automated deployment practices.

- Developing and deploying enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies and Azure services.

- Assisting in managing client relationships and ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.

- A minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.

- Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, AngularJS (or similar frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

- Good understanding of REST architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), design patterns, and enterprise application development.

- Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and code quality practices.

- Experience in developing and supporting distributed, multi-tier applications and managing software releases.

- Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Shift: US Shift (2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST)
• Contract Duration: 3 Months (Contract Basis)
