These platforms power our MDR services, and incorporate our Online Portal, which serves as the single point of interaction for our customers to access information on all their cybersecurity services, view dashboards and reports, control their services, raise and track tickets, and engage with our expert teams. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including the Development team and DevOps, to manage the development pipeline and ensure the delivery of a world‑class customer experience. Your knowledge of cybersecurity technology and services will be instrumental in shaping the platform to meet and exceed customer expectations. /p h3Primary Duties / Responsibilities /h3 ul libProduct Vision Strategy: /b ul liDefine and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives. /li liWorking with internal stakeholders define the vision roadmap for our MDR platforms to enhance and enable delivery of industry leading services. /li liTranslate strategic goals into actionable features and enhancements. /li /ul /li libBacklog Management:



/b ul liOwn and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort. /li liCompile specification documents to translate user requirements into clear developer/DevOps guidelines. /li liCollaborate with DevOps teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements. /li /ul /li libStakeholder Engagement: /b ul liAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to shape the product’s direction and for inclusion in specifications. /li liCoordinate with development/DevOps to ensure releases are scheduled and managed. /li liRegularly communicate progress, priorities, and changes to internal and external stakeholders. /li liEnsure new features are tested by the respective departments and sign‑off is achieved before going to production. /li /ul /li libCustomer‑Centric Design: /b ul liDrive the creation of intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences. /li liPartner with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on portal features based on customer feedback and analytics. /li /ul /li libDelivery Oversight: /b ul liWork closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features. /li liMonitor development progress and resolve any roadblocks or dependencies. /li /ul /li libCybersecurity Expertise:
