You’ll support planning cycles, reporting, and KPI-driven insights while driving productivity initiatives and continuous improvement. The role offers exposure across Finance, Operations, Commercial and Engineering in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. You will shape financial visibility and governance to support growth and productivity. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliSupport Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly Forecast and Long-Range Planning processes /liliAssist monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting (MBR/QBR) /liliPerform financial analysis on revenue, expenses, inventory, working capital and CapEx /liliDevelop financial models and business cases for strategic decisions /liliBuild and maintain dashboards and BI tools for financial visibility /liliPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management and Commercial teams to translate activities into financial insights /liliSupport customer business cases,
