ph3Overview /h3pIn this role you will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for Technogym’s international customers, ensuring accurate quotes, timely billing, and a premium customer experience. You will collaborate with sales, service centres and logistics to manage delivery planning, stock movement, and post-delivery feedback. The position sits in the HQ team, shaping efficient logistics flows and customer communication across segments and territories. This is an international, cross‑functional role that combines operations with customer care to support Technogym’s global service standard. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess orders from quote to billing with accuracy and timeliness /liliEnsure a premium customer experience through effective touchpoints /liliPlan and manage deliveries via the logistics portal (delivery dates, task assignments, activity closure)



/liliOptimize stock and manage purchase orders to HQ /liliManage backlog and communicate with Sales to prevent backlog slippage /liliUpdate IT systems with customer service data /liliOversee Technogym Care activities and provide customer feedback /liliConduct post-delivery surveys and resolve issues with customers /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics /liliBachelor or Master in related fields (see education) /liliFluent in English (C1); additional language is a plus /liliCustomer care orientation and strong negotiation/communication skills /liliKnowledge of SAP – advanced SD module (preferred) /liliProject management and financial skills; cost management /liliAdvanced analytical skills /liliAdvanced MS Office, esp.
