You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssign tasks to team members based on schedules and qualifications. /li liEnsure safe use of equipment and materials; report and investigate safety issues by ARC. /li liCommunicate company updates and safety messages during weekly meetings. /li liConduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance. /li liImplement training plans and maintain accurate documentation. /li liCoordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations. /li liMonitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity. /li liMaintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork, and up-to-date employee training. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma. /li liAt least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing. /li liBasic knowledge of measuring instruments and shop math. /li liProficiency with blueprints. /li liAvailability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. /li liKnowledge of Italian and English languages (min.
