Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will own and drive partner-focused growth for Klarna by shaping joint business plans with strategic partners, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You’ll coordinate across Product, Marketing, Analytics and Delivery to ensure clear ownership, timelines, and KPIs, while presenting Klarna’s multi-product value to executives. This position emphasizes data-driven decision making, executive relationship management, and timely execution to optimize merchant experience and partner success. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong emphasis on go-to-market strategy and continuous improvement.

- Build, own and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive growth and commercial success
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new accounts using data and market insights
- Act as the commercial owner for partner initiatives and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Delivery to ensure aligned ownership, timelines and KPIs
- Shape value propositions, pitch Klarna’s multi-product solutions,



support deal execution and unlock new opportunities
- Maintain executive-level relationships, monitor performance with data-driven insights, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure timely delivery with high merchant experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships in tech, fintech, payments or e-commerce
- Proven ability to manage and grow senior stakeholder relationships, including executive and C-level contacts
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-informed approach to identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities
- Experience managing initiatives end-to-end from strategy to execution
- Cross-functional influence without formal authority and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for market research, operational efficiency, data analysis and content preparation
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
