and contract terms will be determined by the Board of Education. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pThe Treasurer will: /p ul liServe as a trusted advisor to the Board of Education and Superintendent. /li liOversee financial operations with integrity, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. /li liLead long-term financial planning and maintain fiscal stability. /li liCommunicate clear, timely financial information to stakeholders. /li liMaintain strong internal controls while aligning resources with district priorities and student needs. /li /ul h3District Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Ohio school finance, accounting, law, budgeting, forecasting, and public records. /li liExperience with payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, grants, audits, and internal controls. /li liAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly and accurately. /li liCommitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership. /li liExperience supporting long-range planning and aligning resources with district priorities. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with the Board, Superintendent, administrative team, staff, and community. /li liStrong organizational leadership and the ability to support, guide, and develop fiscal staff. /li liValid Ohio Treasurer license or evidence of eligibility. /li /ul pThe Ravenna City School District Board of Education is an equal opportunity employer.
