What We Do

We're Hiring!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Provide professional travel solutions and quotations based on clients' needs and company pricing policies, driving successful sales conversions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle,



including order follow-up, payment coordination, after-sales support, and customer relationship management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor trends in the European tourism market and contribute insights to support business development and market expansion.

What We're Looking For:

- Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, customer service, and business negotiation skills.
- Passion for the travel industry, with knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about the European tourism market.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness; previous sales experience is preferred.

旅游目的地管理(欧洲地面接待服务/车、餐、酒店、门票、导游、旅游信息服务，旅游国际推广(国际文化交流项目， 工商务项目执行与落地)，会展，旅游教育。

销售专员 Sales Representative (1名)

岗位职责:

1.负责客户开发与维护，挖掘潜在客户资源，建立长期合作关系。

2.制定并执行销售计划，推动销售目标达成。

3.根据产品及报价政策，为客户提供专业方案并促成订单成交。

4.跟进订单全流程，协调收款、售后及客户服务，提升客户满意度。

5.持续关注欧洲旅游市场动态，为业务拓展提供支持。

岗位要求:

1.熟练使用意大利语、英语；

2.具备良好的沟通表达、客户服务意识及商务谈判能力。

3.对旅游行业有热情，了解或愿意学习欧洲旅游市场。

4.作细致认真，执行力强，具备团队协作精神。

5.具备较强的目标意识和市场敏锐度，有销售经验者优先。
