pulliFull-time /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 pThe Knitwear Collection Coordinator Assistant aims to support the coordinator during the design and collection development process. /p pThe main responsibilities are: /p ul liTo support the coordinator in ensuring completeness to respect and to be in fit wih the brand’sstylistic identity and heritage. /li liTo operationally organize the support materials for knitwear design (color research, images, preparation of tableaux, cataloging of yarns, accessories). /li liTo respect the collection planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liActively participates in the definition of prototypes and samples, supporting the coordinator. /li liContributes, together with the coordinator and PM, to supervising the knitwear collection in terms of product completeness and coordination with the woven (RTW )collection /li liRespects the working method set out by his/her head and the Max Mara Group Ensures compliance with brand identity during the development of input received from the designer, coordinator, and PM. Independently manages one or more specific design projects or research assignments within the deadlines and methods defined by the coordinator/PM, checking with them during the project process /li liSupports the coordinator in managing internal and external designers, collaborating with them and the PM in the choice of materials, yarns, patterns/items, and fit. /li liEnsures continuous integration with departments closely linked to design activities (Visual Department, Communications, etc.). /li liPromotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed to innovation and improvement of effectiveness/efficiency of itsResponsibilities /li liPromotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities /li liPromotes,

Master degree in knitwear design is a plus. /p pbProfessional Experience: /b 1 to 2 years of proven experience in similar roles (e.g., knitwear design Office Assistant, Junior knitwear Product Developer, knitwear Collection coordinator assistant) with Luxury or Contemporary brands. /p pbHard Skills Technical Expertise /b /p pbDesign Graphics: /b Advanced proficiency in bAdobe Creative Suite /b (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). /p pAdvanced skills in technical drawing (Knitwear) and digital rendering /p pbTechnical Knowledge: /b bgarmentconstruction /b (specifically on Womenswear KNITWEAR/JERSEY), including strong knowledge manufacturing processes, materials, yarn, stitches, knitwear tecnhniques, garment accessories, graphic/print, finish and embellishment. /p pbSoft Skills Mindset /b /p pbOrganization : /b Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while strictly adhering to deadlines. /p pbCross-Functional Collaboration: /b A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between creative teams and technical departments. /p pbLanguages: /b /p pbFluent italian /b (written and spoken) /p pbFluent English /b (written and spoken) is important, to effectively manage international collaborations and suppliers. /p ul libContract type : Fixed - term /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
