You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact. /p h3THE RIDE /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication. /li liUnderstand Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. /li liManipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo. /li liDrive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization. /li liTake ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE /h3 ul liUp to 2-3 years of experience in high-performance sales, account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, Tech, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry. /li liBachelor in Business Administration is a plus. /li liYou’re motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage. /li liProblem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details. /li liYou are a highly organized,



proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution to drive results. /li liGood knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite.
