ppMode Search are partnering with a global luxury fashion group in their search for a Senior Manager, Health Safety – EMEA. /p pThis is a strategic regional role responsible for leading Health Safety across multiple markets throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Global Head of Loss Prevention, Security Safety, the successful candidate will drive the regional Health Safety strategy, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and the continued development of a positive safety culture across retail stores, offices and distribution environments. /p pWorking closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams, this role offers the opportunity to influence business-wide initiatives while leading regional projects across a complex international organisation. /p h3The Role /h3 ulliLead the implementation and continuous improvement of the regional Health Safety Management System, aligned with ISO 45001 standards /liliDrive Health Safety strategy across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with both global policies and local legislation /liliDevelop and manage audit, inspection and compliance programmes across retail stores, offices and distribution centres /liliMonitor legislative changes across multiple countries, implementing policies and procedures where required /liliLead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action plans /liliProduce regular Health Safety reporting, KPI analysis and risk updates for senior leadership /liliPartner with HR and business leaders on wellbeing initiatives,



risk assessments and occupational health matters /liliSupport insurance claims, incident management and liaison with insurers and external stakeholders /liliWork closely with Store Development, Construction and Facilities teams on new store openings, refurbishments and office projects /liliIdentify training requirements and support the delivery of Health Safety training programmes across the region /liliBuild strong relationships with regulators, consultants and third-party providers /liliManage regional Health Safety resources and external partners while supporting wider global initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliSignificant Health Safety experience within a multi-site, international environment /liliStrong knowledge of Health Safety legislation across EMEA markets /liliExperience implementing and managing ISO 45001 Health Safety Management Systems /liliChartered IOSH status, or working towards, preferred /liliExperience conducting audits, inspections and implementing corrective action plans /liliStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership /liliExperience managing external providers, consultants and regulatory bodies /liliExcellent analytical, reporting and communication skills /liliExperience within luxury retail, retail, hospitality or a similarly fast-paced consumer environment would be advantageous /li /ul pBased in Milan offices - 3 days a week /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury business, leading regional Health Safety initiatives while shaping best practice across a diverse international operation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
