About the Role

This role combines technical expertise, solution design, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions, drive business growth, and ensure successful implementations. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's technology ecosystem and solutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support partners and end-users.
- Engage with strategic partners and customers to optimise the use of technology solutions.
- Assess complex business challenges and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for prospective customers.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.




- Ensure exceptional customer and partner satisfaction through timely technical support and guidance.

Sales & Solution Engineering
- Partner with revenue-generating teams to support customer engagements and sales opportunities.

Partner Enablement
- Support partner training and technical upskilling initiatives.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Gather customer and partner feedback to support product improvements.
