Experteer Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end accounting and tax processes for the Branch, coordinating with HQ and local teams. You will ensure VAT compliance, intercompany and intra-branch flows, and support month-, quarter-, and year-end closings. You will liaise with IT and shared services on SAP configurations and drive process improvements. This is a multinational setting with exposure to VAT and accounting across borders, offering a chance to influence financial controls and workflows. Retribuzione / Benefits End-to-end supervision of general and analytical accounting for the Branch Record and validate invoices with correct VAT numbers and configurations Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet controls Assist month-, quarter-, and year-end closing with HQ Administration Manage intra-branch and intra-EU goods flow documentation (shipping docs, proof of transport) Lead tax compliance as first-line owner,



ensuring accuracy and audit readiness Prepare local VAT returns and Intrastat declarations Monitor deadlines and implement internal controls for compliance Coordinate with IT and shared services for SAP configurations related to accounting and tax processes Coordinate information flow between operational and financial functions Oversee payment processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and analyze periodic financial and tax reporting for Administration and Tax Perform variance analysis and monitor Branch KPIs Identify and support process improvements and internal control enhancements Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent 3–5 years of accounting or tax experience, preferably multinational or Big Four Solid knowledge of SAP Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Good command of written and spoken English #J-18808-Ljbffr
