The Project HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs across all phases of modules construction project, from design and procurement phases to operations, including structures fabrication at strategic suppliers yards and construction activities, commissioning, load out at Avenza site. The role ensures compliance with HSE legal, regulatory, and client requirements while promoting a strong Safety Culture and zero-incident performance.
You will be responsible for:
Define project HSE plans, requirements,



risk management strategy and activities among the project lifecycle from proposal phase to project execution/completion
Plan, implement, coordinate all HSE activities within project, as per project complexity, scope of work, HSE plans, company and contractual requirements and relevant laws, standards, and regulations
Act as primary interface in dealing with project management team and client representatives in all issues related to HSE during project execution
Ensure that all HSE activities at project level are carried on in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards and company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers/contractors
Assist project management team in risk management process (i.e. method statements, JSAs, HAZID, HAZOP, etc.) during preliminary constructability HSE assessments and de-risking activities
Ensure emergency preparedness, monitor and coordinate emergency drills and follow-u
