Experteer Overview As a Retirement Advisor in Milan, you support senior consultants delivering administration and advisory services for pension funds, focusing on governance, compliance, and risk management. You will help manage governance documents, beneficiary processes, and regulatory reporting, collaborating with third‐party partners. The role contributes to shaping retirement solutions and financial well‐being for clients across markets. You will work in a cross‐functional team, with opportunities to influence governance and risk controls in a global context. Retribuzione / Benefits Update and manage governance documentation (notices, minutes, archiving, filings) Provide operational support to implement decisions and prepare contractual documents Manage agevolazioni requests, enrollments, complaints,



and regulatory reports Conduct second‐level controls and monitor risk management KPIs Coordinate with third‐party suppliers and update institutional documentation Analyze tax issues related to supplementary pensions Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related fields Knowledge of pension regulations (D.
