Trentino Sicurezza is rapidly expanding and is looking for someone who wants to make a difference. For over 20 years, we have been protecting the safety of workers through fall arrest devices and safety measures for working at heights and in confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Maintain technical, civil, and industrial knowledge to independently acquire and manage orders.
- Conduct on‑site inspections, prepare negotiations, and negotiate contracts from initial client contact through order placement.
- Organise work according to established timelines, manage purchases, suppliers, and resources needed for completion.
- Avoid critical issues and deliver finished orders promptly and accurately.
- Supervise work teams, plan activities,



customize and complete commissioned work successfully.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a technical manager of construction teams.
- Technical, civil, and industrial training.
- Residence near the company headquarters, availability for customer visits.
- Strong commercial aptitude, negotiation skills, team management propensity.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, motivation, commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
