As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with community guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including text, images, videos, and other media.
- Ensure content complies with community standards and platform policies.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines.
- Accurately classify and evaluate content according to internal procedures.




- Escalate complex or high‑risk cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and productivity.
- Stay up to date with moderation policies, procedures, and platform updates.

Qualifications
- Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed guidelines.
- Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and confidentially.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already be living in Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or similar roles is an advantage, but not required.
