As an Apprentice CRM Sales Professional
Some of your main activities will be:
Supporting the Sales teams in the correct management of Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and activities within the Siemens CRM
Acting as first-level support for operational questions related to CRM usage and sales processes
Monitoring CRM data quality and completeness (pipeline, forecast, customer master data)




Supporting the preparation and update of CRM reports and dashboards for management and Sales Managers
Identifying data inconsistencies and propose corrective actions
Supporting CRM adoption initiatives (training sessions, operational materials, quick guides)
Collaborating on communication and community initiatives for Siemens Sales Champions (e.g., CRM Corner, Q&A; sessions)
Collecting feedback from users to improve processes and tools
Collaborating with the Strategy Planning & Operations team on:
pipeline and forecast monitoring
Contributing to continuous improvement and sales digitalization projects
Required entry qualifications:
You have less than 30 years of age,in accordance withthe Italian apprenticeship contract
You are fresh graduate in Management, Management Engineering, or related fields
You have excellent command of Italian language as well asEnglish
Strong analytical thinking,
