Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers. You will develop, implement and manage the strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction and will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
How you'll make an impact
You have the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions, adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, and continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
In collaboration with the Account Manager, implement sales strategy, understand the channel strategy and related pricing, prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plans when needed.
Generate sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
Support the tendering management process by reviewing RFQ,



generating Bill of Quantity, price presentation, and other relevant tasks.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality; register required information into the appropriate customer database; ensure technical reliability, safety and cost‐effective solutions to satisfy customer's needs; comply with health and safety directives; drive application of standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.) for the account.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical / Automation / Electronic Engineering
More than 2 years of working experience (experience in a Technical Sales role will be considered a plus)
Good analytical skills, proactivity and customer‐oriented mindset
Excellent ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of written and spoken Engl
