The Program Management Manager (Lead) will be a high-impact, cross‐functional leader with extensive expertise in digital marketing, sophisticated data analytics, and strategic team management, possessing the acumen to architect and deliver robust, scalable solutions within a high‐velocity, fast‐paced environment.
The base salary range for this full‐time position is $168,000 - $189,000 + premio + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job‐related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities:
Program & Operations Leadership
Lead end‐to‐end program management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across cross‐functional teams
Monitor campaign performance and ensure healthy deployment across channels (email, paid media, events, etc.)
Drive operational excellence by managing service levels, deliverables, and OKRs
Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics with actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business outcomes
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation
Data & Technical Leadership
Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data architecture, analytics, and reportin
