Experteer Overview In this role you will support ING Italy's Real Estate Sector Coverage team in originating and executing cash flow-based financing structures for the real estate sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure transactions, assist with credit analysis, and monitor post-closing activities with the Portfolio and Risk Management teams. You will help prepare internal notes, greenlight memos, and client presentations, while staying abreast of market trends and sustainability initiatives.
