Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
Prepare and assess legal documents such as NDAs, tender documents, and Letters of Indemnity
Advise business units on legal, compliance, and data protection matters

Deliver training sessions on legal and compliance topics
Support consistent application of corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Responsabilità
~ Bachelor in Law
~2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in transport and logistics
~ Experience in contract management, compliance (Legislative Decree 231/2001), and data protection topics
~ Detail‑oriented, analytical, pragmatic mindset balancing legal rigor with business needs
~ Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable delivering training to diverse audiences
~ Fluency in Italian and English
