As the Head of Sales, you'll lead the Commercial Plan execution and be a key contributor to the Commercial Strategy development, in cooperation with Head of Mktg & Category Development Italy & Iberia, with the objective of accelerating growth ahead of the market in this pivotal leadership role. We are looking for a rock star that fosters a high-performance culture and will be accountable for identifying and maximising the potential of the market. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust industry knowledge, exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in driving commercial success within the FMCG sector.
