ppThe bBranch Finance Tax Manager /b plays a key role in the financial governance of the Branch, with full responsibility for accounting processes, tax compliance, and statutory obligations. /p pThe role combines bhands-on technical expertise /b with bend-to-end ownership /b, acting as the main financial counterpart for Finance HQ, the Group Tax Department, and local operational teams. /p pThis position offers strong exposure to binternational accounting and VAT matters /b within a truly multinational environment, with bregular interaction with colleagues and external advisors across different jurisdictions /b. /p pIn addition, the role provides bdirect visibility and interaction with the Tax Accounting Director /b, with the opportunity to be involved in bstrategic and cross-border projects /b, contributing to the evolution of the Group’s finance and tax framework. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Accounting Management /h3 ul liEnsure end-to-end supervision of general and analytical accounting activities for the Branch. /li liControl and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring correct VAT setup and compliance with multi-branch/multi-VAT structures. /li liPerform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet controls. /li liSupport and coordinate closing activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in collaboration with HQ Administration. /li liOversee documentation related to intra-branch and intra-EU flows (e.g., shipping documents, CMR, proof of transport). /li /ul h3Tax Compliance /h3 ul liAct as first-line owner of tax compliance, ensuring full accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness. /li liPrepare and submit VAT returns and Intrastat declarations in line with local requirements. /li liMonitor deadlines and ensure effective internal controls. /li liSupport internal/external audits and interact with tax authorities where needed. /li liCoordinate with external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment on local compliance topics.
