The tasks of the Talen Acquisition include delivering and implementing strategy within the area of responsibility and in alignment with Group directives and the HR strategy. In this role, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support the main activities of the recruitment process and Employer Branding function. **Your responsibilities**:



- Support Line Managers and HR Business Partners in the main steps of recruitment process for junior profiles.
- Support for screening activities and for interviews with Talent Partner and Hiring Managers.
- Take part to the organization and conduction of Assessment Center for new graduates.
- Provide a proactive support on Employer Branding activities (attend career fairs and other campus recruiting activities). **Your background**: - Degree in Human Resources, Humanistic fields.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working autonomously.
- Results orientation, teamwork and good communication ability with internal customers, networking complete the profile. **More about us**:
