ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our Central Quality Team and play a key role in ensuring product quality and warranty control across our business

You will support the assessment and validation of warranty claims, focusing on component replacement requests. Your goal will be to ensure that requests are technically justified and aligned with product quality standards and you will proactively help in the configuration of emerging field issue

Key responsibilities

- Review and assess warranty requests submitted by dealers




- Validate the technical consistency of component replacement requests
- Identify potential non-quality-related causes (e.g. misuse, diagnostic errors, maintenance issues)
- Collaborate with Engineering, After Sales, and Field Quality teams on complex cases
- Support failure trend analysis and continuous product improvement
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures

Your profile

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or similar) or technical background
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to details
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems (powertrain, chassis, E/E)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English

Nice to have

- Experience or internship in automotive or commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools or warranty processes
