Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead procurement activities in Italy, ensuring timely availability of parts and services while optimizing costs. You will nurture supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement to support production and growth. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to maintain supply continuity and manage inventory effectively. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective collaboration with assigned suppliers
Oversee procurement for parts, materials, and services to meet production and delivery needs
Control inventory levels and local material planning to optimize stock and working capital
Identify supply chain risks and opportunities and take proactive actions for continuity
Monitor supplier performance, including delivery tracking, claims, and ongoing improvements
Negotiate local contracts, delivery terms,



and commercial agreements within authorization limits
Willingness to travel
Responsabilità 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments
Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and inventory management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar) and procurement planning tools
Fluency in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced manufacturing setting
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience dealing with Top Management and mentoring abilities
Bachelor in Supply Chain Management (or related field)
