We are looking for a **Consolidation and Reporting Analyst **to join the Consolidation & Administration function in our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD).
She/He will have the opportunity to support the function in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements, supporting the accounting team for subsequent intercompany consolidations and eliminations, monitoring the company's consolidation system, and maintaining the Group Chart of Accounts and other data model metrics/dimensions within the consolidation system. Key Responsibilities: - Support the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (annual, halfyearly and quarterly), prepared in accordance with IFRS - Analyze Reporting Packages submitted by consolidated companies, both Italian and foreign, checking for completeness,



consistency and accuracy - Carry out the necessary balancing and reconciliations - Updating consolidation entries - Support the preparation of the fiancial reports to be filied within SEC - Support the preparation of the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements - Support the preparation of reporting for the Board of Directors, top management and institutions outside the company - Support the annual update the Group manual according to IFRS standards and managing the centralized chart of accounts - Support in handling requests from the auditing firm - Provide functional direction, training and support to local reporting units - Support subsidiaries' administration department in reporting process and accounting issues - Prepare the reporting package of some minor legal entities - Intercompany reconciliations LI-DNI
