ph3Supply Chain Manager /h3 pWe are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Supply Chain Manager to join our Battipaglia plant, a key manufacturing site within the Nexans Group. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring efficient material flows, reliable production planning, and outstanding service to our customers in the cable and energy solutions industry. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee integrated planning, including demand forecasting, production load analysis, and capacity alignment. /li liLead the SOP process at plant level, coordinating inputs from Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics. /li liEnsure material availability by managing procurement activities, stock levels, and supplier interactions. /li liSupervise logistics operations, including warehouse flows, transport coordination, and drum/coil management. /li liManage the order portfolio, ensuring accurate confirmations, timely deliveries, and high service performance (OTIF). /li liDrive continuous improvement across supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence. /li liCollaborate with Sales and Finance on credit‑sensitive customers.



/li liCollaborate with European Supply Chain teams on group initiatives. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong experience in planning, logistics, procurement, and SOP within industrial or manufacturing environments. /li liExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP/ARIBA is a plus. /li liDegree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. /li li10 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial environments. /li liPreferable experience in manufacturing or companies with complex supply chains. /li liLeadership, communication, and cross‑functional coordination abilities. /li liFluency in English and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
