Accountable for corporate public announcements, Executives’ interviews and speaking opportunities for LT members and executive during meetings/events etc Supervising press review and social media channels **_ Crisis Management_** Own the development and execution of internal communications campaigns and events Project management of various initiatives working in harmony with HR and legal teams Ensure that guidelines for the accurate use of nomenclature, grammar, graphics and names are met in every communication piece. Ensure that all communication pieces reflect Legal guidelines. **_ Corporate social responsibility_** Foster relationship with Italian ONLUS Prioritise and coordinate local initiatives with Italian ONLUS including charity screenings and events Approval and legal guidelines management (Cybergrant) **_ Join weekly EMEA calls_** Run internal reports to support the general team Supporting the whole PR team during events & screenings organization across all line of business, to ensure that legal, procurement,



and safe & safety teams are aligned Review content from UK and US Edit presentations / PR slides for various filmmakers deck Creation of EMEA newsletter for ItalyExperience and Professional Qualifications Required **Experience and Professional Qualifications Required** Bachelor's degree or higher, English, communications, marketing or public relations. Minimum 2 years of experience within Brand Management, public relations, corporate communications or CSR events. Excellent in writing and editing required, both in Italian and English. Have experience of supporting Crisis Management **Competencies Required**
