We are recruiting a professional to join our **VAT team in Verona**, who will be tasked with: - providing ongoing consultancy to companies on indirect tax matters;
- analyzing the VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions (sales of companies, mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and domestic and international corporate restructuring;




- analyzing the tax risks by conducting internal audits and preparing operating procedures;
- VAT due diligence;
- VAT compliance. Qualifications/requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in VAT, preferably with a Big Four firm;
- a master's degree in business or law with final marks of over 100/110;
- a good knowledge of English;
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desired characteristics
