- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project quality requirements through regular inspections and audits.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensure environmental compliance and manage incident response and investigations.
- Monitor the project budget and identify cost overruns
- Identify any potential project risks.
- Represent the Owner’s interests on site and manage relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Review and approve technical designs and provide problem-solving assistance to contractors.
- Oversee commissioning and testing,
