each with their expertise, to carry out a scientific activity with a shared research goal. /p pThe Brain Development and Disease Research Unit is coordinated by Dr Laura Cancedda. The research focuses on investigating the role of Negr1 in brain disorders. This includesmodels of autism spectrum disorders. /p pWithin the research team, your main responsibilities will be: /p ul liPerform behavioral experiments (in models of brain disorders) /li liPerform cell biology experiments ex-vivo (in models of brain disorders) /li /ul h3ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ul liA PhD in Neuroscience, including neurodevelopment, and similar disciplines /li liDocumented experience in behavioral and cell biology activities /li liStrong publication record /li liGood command of spoken and written English /li /ul h3ADDITIONAL SKILLS /h3 ul liExperience in molecular biology /li liKnowledge of the biology of Negr1 /li liAbility to work in a challenging and international environment /li liCapacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment /li liPossess Analytical Reasoning skills and a growth mindset /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ul liA yearly gross salary ranging between 30.000 and 33.000 /li liCandidates from abroad or Italian citizens who have carried scientific research activity permanently abroad and meet specific requirements, may be entitled to a deduction from taxable income of up to 90% from 6 to 13 years. /li /ul /h3pPlease submit your application using the online form and including a detailed CV and 2 reference letters. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
