Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Italian Tax team in advisory and compliance activities within the Cooperative Compliance Regime, handling domestic and cross-border transactions and engaging with Tax Authorities. You will provide tax guidance to internal stakeholders and manage incentive programs like Patent Box and Industria 4.0. The position sits at the intersection of tax policy, corporate objectives, and regulatory requirements, offering exposure to Italian tax matters and strategic advisory. Retribuzione / Benefits Support domestic, cross-border and extraordinary corporate transactions from direct and indirect tax perspectives
Maintain ongoing dialogue with Tax Authorities under the Italian cooperative compliance regime, including formal requests and risk communications




Provide tax advice to internal stakeholders aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory demands
Manage Italian tax incentives such as Patent Box, Industria 4.0, Transizione 5.0, and Credito R&S;
Research and analyze emerging tax legislation and provide advisory support to management
Responsabilità Degree in Economics, preferably with taxation focus
At least 7 years of experience in tax (advisory firm or large groups)
Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1)
Problem solving oriented with excellent communication skills
