Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and cross‐functional teams to originate, shape, and win integrated energy projects across Europe.
Deliver customer‐centric solutions in geothermal, synchronous condensers,



heat pumps, Combined Heat and Power, Long Duration Energy Storage, and integrated energy systems.
Drive early engagement with existing and new customers to create demand, build strong value propositions, and increase market penetration.
Understand and translate customer needs into competitive solutions, defining the technical architecture to optimize Project LCOE/LCOH/LCOS.
Build, manage, and prioritize a strong opportunity pipeline, supporting the definition of required Product and Commercial Strategies.
Collaborate with Product Management, Proposal Management, Engineering, finance, legal, and partners to deliver effective solutions.
Act as a thought leader and ambassador for Baker Hughes at customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
