The successful intern will support the Data Management and IT Coordination Team in the following areas, by performing the related tasks:
Generali Investments Holding IT Budget Management:
- Oversee the management of the IT budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within budgetary constraints
- Prepare and present budget reports to senior management
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible

IT Project List Management:
- Maintain and update the investment project list,



ensuring all projects are accurately documented and tracked
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates and progress reports
Group Reporting Management:
- Manage the preparation and distribution of IT Cost and Project reports to the Group
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary data
DORA TPM Management:
- Oversee the management of DORA TPM (Digital Operational Resilience Act - Third Party Management) processes
- Ensure compliance with DORA regulations and guidelines
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and performance standards

Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in third-party risk management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Exposure to asset management or financial services industry would be a plus
